(1) The names and addresses of the Trustees of the Corporation shall be notified from time to time to the Registrar of Companies and registered in his or her office and shall be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
(2) A person last registered in the manner prescribed by the preceding subsection shall be deemed to be a trustee authorised to act under the provisions of section 7 of this Act.
