With the commencement of this Act, there shall be constituted a body corporate by the name of Faith Baptist Church of Bisee Incorporated which by that name shall have perpetual succession and may sue and be sued in all Courts of Justice in Saint Lucia and shall have and use a common seal provided that such seal shall only be used in the presence of at least 2 of the Trustees.
