12. Increases in pension
Where the pensionable emoluments attached to the office of a judicial officer are increased, a person who is in receipt of a pension under this Act or any other enactment with respect to service as a judicial officer is, with effect from the date of the increase, entitled to a corresponding proportionate increase in the pension to which that officer was in receipt.
