AN ACT to confer upon the consular officers of foreign States with which consular conventions are concluded by Her Majesty certain powers relating to the administration of the estates and property of deceased persons; to restrict the powers of constables and other persons to enter the consular offices of such States, in accordance with the Consular Conventions Act, 1949 of the United Kingdom.
