Preamble
WHEREAS at a meeting of the Assembly of the United Nations held on 24 September 1923 the protocol on arbitration clauses set out in the Schedule to this Act was signed on behalf of His Majesty:
AND WHEREAS for the purpose of giving effect to the protocol it is expedient that the following provisions have effect:
