(1) Except as otherwise provided under this Act, a person shall not print for publication or publish any list of agricultural charges or the name of any farmer, trader or related business that has created agricultural charges.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1), commits an offence and is liable, on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
