(1) Where an amendment of the Agreement becomes effective, the Minister shall, by Order, amend the Schedule for the purpose of including the amendment.
(2) Where the Schedule is amended, reference in this Act or in any other enactment or in any instrument having effect under any such enactment shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to the Agreement as so amended.
