2. Interpretation
In this Act —
“Agreement” means the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Accreditation Authority for Education in Medicine and Other Health Professions signed on the 26th day of February, 2015 in Nassau, Bahamas, the text of which is set out in the Schedule;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for education.
