18. Revocation
Cabinet may at any time, in writing, revoke the appointment of any member of the Board if, upon evidence, Cabinet is satisfied that the member is —
-
(a) disqualified from being a member of the Board pursuant to section 4(4);

(b) guilty of neglect of duty, misconduct or malfeasance;

(c) has failed to act in the best interests of the Authority; or
-
(d) disqualified on grounds of national security.
