11. Limitations on activities
The holder of a class “A”, class “B” or class “C” international insurance licence shall not, without the written approval of the Minister, carry on any insurance business with any resident except in connection with the carrying on of international insurance business from Saint Lucia or as expressly provided in this Act or in any other law in force in Saint Lucia governing the operations and activities of the licensee.
